For Annik, real estate is about much more than a transaction. Every client’s situation is unique and deserves a thoughtful approach, sound information, a tailored strategy and personalized guidance.

From hotel management to financial and operational management, intellectual property, telecommunications and project management, her career has shaped a structured, analytical approach focused squarely on her clients’ needs.
Alongside her real estate practice, her recent experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst with a company developing SaaS solutions incorporating artificial intelligence has further strengthened her expertise in needs analysis, process optimization, complex project management and the strategic use of technology.
As a licensed real estate broker, Annik has built a loyal clientele over the years based above all on trust, thoroughness and the depth of her commitment to each client. Curious and meticulous, she takes the time to understand the unique challenges of each situation and dig beneath the surface to develop a strategy that truly fits.
She does not limit her practice to a specific geographic area. Wherever her clients need her, Annik is there to guide them, drawing on her market knowledge, analytical tools and extensive network of professionals.
Committed to the ongoing development of her profession, she has also been involved in various initiatives within her agency. From 2015 to 2020, she contributed to the development of training programs and served as a Centris trainer, including during the rollout of new technology tools to real estate brokers.
