We descend into a boudoir which provides access to the bedrooms, the closet under the stairs, or the mechanical room; there is washer and dryer, air exchanger, central vacuum. You will appreciate having the laundry room on the same level as the bedrooms.

Heated floor throughout the basement with thermostat in each room.

Magnificent octagonal wooden gazebo, 16 X 16 ft with shutters, perfect for your craziest projects, or just for having a cocktail.

Very nice shed well built and of good size.


Environment
Beautiful location, a few minutes from the recreational tourist resort of Mont Adstock, and the coveted Mont Adstock Golf Club.

Bucolic environment of Lac Jolicoeur
For very reasonable fees of less than $50 per year, the Association des Riverains du lac Jolicoeur and its volunteers carry out sound and efficient management of the site.

Access to the lake is private for members, and is located near the property. You can leave your boat at the dock provided for this purpose. Note that motor boats are not permitted. Swimming is possible, as well as skating in winter. See the brochure and the rules, available with this Centris sheet.
