Rental Obligations of Lessee

1. Lessee shall be approved by the Lessor prior to signing of the Régie du Logement lease
- The lessee shall undergo a full credit check, previous landlord references, proof of employment.

2. Tenant liability insurance for a minimum of 2 million dollars coverage required, proof to be
provided at lease signing & before occupancy.

3. NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco/cannabis or other) permitted in the property, no growing of any marijuana plants or illegal substances.

4. No short term rentals of any kind (inc. Airbnb)

5. No painting permitted without the Lessor's prior consent
