8. No pets unless agreed to in writing by Lessor.

9. No additional residents are permitted other than the agreed number at the time of lease
signing, unless agreed in writing by the Lessor.

10. The LESSEE shall assume costs of normal pool maintenance (pool opening/closing, salt and cleaning maintenance) in accordance with prior year contract (as adjusted for price annually).

11. The LESSEE is responsible for the gas refills of the barbecue. The gas will be provided full
and must be returned full at the end of the lease term.
