REGULATION L-2000:
In this zone, only multi-family dwellings of "residential" uses 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, domestic and complementary uses are authorized.

In this zone, the following provisions apply:
- the minimum height of any main building is set at three (3) storeys;
- the minimum depth of the rear yard not adjacent to the right of way of the public thoroughfare is fixed under the provisions of paragraph C of article 53 of this by-law, without being less than thirty (30) feet;
- at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the required parking spaces must be located inside a building; (By-law L-2001-3699, effective 05-25-18)
- only one (1) driveway entrance is authorized per lot. The latter must be adjoining when two (2) main buildings located on adjacent lots have frontage on the same public thoroughfare;
- at least two (2) trees must be planted in the backyard. (By-law L-2001-3310, in force on 04-08-09).
