REGULATION L-2000:

- only one (1) driveway entrance is authorized per lot. The latter must be adjoining when two (2) main buildings located on adjacent lots have frontage on the same public thoroughfare;
- at least two (2) trees must be planted in the backyard. (By-law L-2001-3310, in force on 04-08-09).
The buyer will be responsible to verify the feasibility of their project with the competent authorities.
