This unit includes heating and electricity. All promises to lease are subject to satisfactory credit verification of all prospective tenants and are contingent upon the Lessor's approval. No pets, cannabis or smoking allowed. The Lessee is required to obtain and maintain active insurance coverage for the apartment, including a minimum of $2 million in liability protection, and must provide proof of such coverage prior to the move-in date and upon early renewal of the lease. No subletting and No Airbnd is permitted. No parking rights or usage of the backyard.
