Addendum :

- No pets unless agreed to by Lessor.

-The Sublessee cannot renew their lease without the Lessor's permission.

-The Lessee/Sublessee understands that during the term of the Lease, the condo shall remain on the market for sale.

- The Lessee/sublessee shall be given 24 hours notice prior to any showings.
