The Sellers plan at their full expense to file to convert the triplex to an undivided 3 unit property. This conversion would be notarized and all necessary co-ownership documents required will be provided by the Sellers to the Buyers. Me. Melanie Dube will be the notary to work on this transaction. Following the in-division, the Sellers plan at their expense to file to divide the properties and provide all necessary divided condo documents. The Buyer will sign a document agreeing to said division process.

A new Certificate of location will be provided by the Sellers as required.
Any required work regarding, but not limited to the water heating systems to prepare for the
in-division will be at the cost and responsibility of the Seller.
