ARCHITECTURE

The project is harmonized by its typology, its template and its material in harmony with the other semi-detached residences on the street and to the south. The two semi-detached houses are built in a practically identical way. Only the presence of a rounded window breaks the symmetry. Moreover, several details of this proposal are reminiscent of the Art Deco style constructions that characterize some of the neighborhood properties with their porthole windows, facades with rounded corners and geometrical play.
