1. Satisfactory credit report (at tenant's expense)
2. Letter of employment and references (including start date, salary and latest pay slip showing cumulative earnings for the year)
3. Reference of previous rentals required for payment history.
4. Proof of civil liability insurance before occupancy
5. Prohibition of smoking or vaping (including the consumption and cultivation of cannabis or any other illegal substance)
6. No short term Air bnb style rentals or short term sublets allowed
7. The tenant must not sublet the apartment without the prior written consent of the lessor.
8. No pets allowed
9. The tenant is not authorized to paint or make modifications to the building without the prior written consent of the lessor.
10. The Renter will be responsible for any expenses related to the loss of keys or remote controls
11. At the end of the lease, the property will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including all inclusions as well as normal use of the flooring.
