The lessee must agree to the following: Following the accepted promise to lease. The lessee shall supply the following documents below within 5 calendar days. The lessor must deem themselves satisfied in writing on or before the 5 calendar days. Failing to do so will render the promise to lease null and void.

The lessee is responsible for all move in / move out costs (elevator reservation, security deposit etc )
The lessee must agree to transfer the monthly rent on the first of every month electronically.
The lessee requires liability insurance and must provide a copy of the policy number prior to occupancy.
