Rental conditions:
- The tenant must hold civil liability insurance ($1 million) for the duration of the lease and
provide proof before moving in
- The tenant must consent to a credit check and provide proof of employment/funds
to the satisfaction of the lessor
- The tenant must consent to a full criminal background check to the entire satisfaction of the landlord
- The tenant must accept the rules and regulations of the building
- No Smoking
- No animals (if exception is made it will be at the complete discretion of the owner and
must be approved in writing before signing the lease)
- No short term rentals of any kind (airbnb, vrbo, etc.)
- Minimum lease 1 year
- Upon lease signature, the tenant agrees to pay 200$ as a non-refundable cleaning fee for the end of his lease.
