The loft is approximately 1550 square feet and offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is inspired by great restaurants, with a wooden island table made from the old floor. The refrigerator and freezer located under the island are made of stainless steel and custom, just like the rest of the kitchen. It also includes a gas stove, convection oven, hood and built-in dishwasher. A space is also provided to accommodate pantry and microwave if desired.

The living room has a huge library, a large office space and an audiovisual system including projector and retractable screen integrated into the SONOS system, all designed by Moog Audio.

The entirely custom-made cabinetry separates the different spaces and offers plenty of hidden storage, adding to the functionality of the loft.

The floor is made of radiant concrete and the cast iron heaters have been rehabilitated, providing pleasant and uniform heat. The ceramic in the master bathroom is also radiant for added comfort.

The master bedroom ceiling is made from the old floor, painted white. The bedroom opens onto a completely unique bathroom, featuring a large white ceramic shower, a double Corian sink and an elegant combination of glass, mirror and wood.

The guest bedroom is equipped with a Murphy bed and a huge movable wall that can be used to create an enclosed space, helping to maximize the functionality of the space. It also offers its adjoining bathroom.

The loft benefits from abundant windows on three sides, renovated and offering comfort and tranquility. The high ceilings and brick walls have been preserved and the metal beams are exposed, contributing to the industrial character of the loft.
