Lease details :

1)The apartment is rented without animals and is non-smoker;

2)The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of insurance for liability and contents;

3)References and credit check are required. The tenant must provide the landlord with a credit report from Equifax or TransUnion within five (5) days of acceptance of a rental agreement or any letter from an employer [contact information and job title with employer's signature] indicating candidate's remuneration;

4)The duration of the lease must be for at least 12 months;

5)No Airbnb will be authorized.
