Rental conditions forming an integral part of the lease:
- The tenant must have civil liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000) for the duration of the
lease and provide proof to the landlord before occupation
- The tenant must consent to a credit check and provide references, proof employment and salary and/or funds to the satisfaction of the landlord.
-- The tenant must consent to a criminal background check to the entire satisfaction of the landlord.
- The tenant undertakes to respect the regulations of the building. Any fine or penalty
occurring as a result of non-compliance with the regulations attributable to the tenant will be
the responsibility of the tenant.
- The tenant agrees to pay the moving and moving costs applicable by the building manager
- Ban on smoking (this includes the consumption as well as the cultivation of cannabis which is prohibited)
- No animals in the unit
- Strict prohibition on renting this condo for short-term rental purposes (including
Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
- The tenant agrees to pay upon signing the lease an amount of $250 for the costs of cleaning at the end of the rental
