Rental conditions:
-The Lessee shall provide a satisfactory credit report and proof of employment.
-The Lessee shall provide a proof of proper tenant liability insurance for a minimum of $2,000,000 that shall be taken for the entire duration of the lease period. This insurance shall be given to the Lessor prior to the commencement of the lease.
-An inventory list of all inclusions will be provided for the Lessee to sign prior to occupancy.
-Notwithstanding La Régie du Logement regulations, a security/damage deposit equivalent to one (1)month's rent is required at least five (5) days prior to the signing of the lease.
-The Lessee agrees to provide the first and last months (security deposit) rent value at the Signing of the Quebec Lease.

-No smoking or growing of canabis or derivative thereof or usage of canabis permitted in the unit.
-Tenant will need to comply with rules and regulations of the building and its property.
