11-The tenant shall receive 2 sets of keys and 2 FOB'S. The tenant shall be responsible to return both sets. If lost, the tenant shall pay the replacement cost.

12-An inventory list of all inclusions will be provided for the Lessee to sign prior to occupancy.

13-The Lessor and the Lessee agree to a security deposit equivalent to one months rent value, to be given prior to occupancy. This deposit shall be reimbursed within 5 days of the termination of the lease, following a satisfactory walk-through by the landlord. If applicable, the cost to repair any damages beyond normal wear and tear shall be deducted from the said deposit.
