1. The lessee must provide a valid ID (with photo), the credit check report, valid employment/school letter, pay slip for 3 months and/or bank statement at the satisfaction of the lessor.
2. The lessee must provide the current lease and the reference from the previous landlord at the satisfaction of the lessor.
3. The lessee will subscribe to a standard home insurance policy covering 2 millions civil liability for the duration of the lease.
4. The lessee will provide a confirmation for opening an account in Hydro Quebec.
5. At the end of the lease, the lessee shall return the property as the same condition as the signing of lease.
6. No smoking, no cannabis and no pets are allowed for the duration of the lease.
7. The Lessee is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer without written permission from Landlord. Airbnb, or similar short term sublet will be considered a repudiatory breach of the
lease.
