Conditions of leasing
a. Every offer to lease will be conditional to a credit/reference verification to the satisfaction of the lessor. The applicant will agree to this verification by Oligny & Thibodeau.
b. The tenant must provide proof of home insurance at the signing of the lease and before the occupation. The insurance shall remain valid for the whole duration of the lease.
c. The lessee will be responsible to pay the moving fees requested by the administration.
d. The lessee will open his account at Hydro-Quebec before the beginning of the lease.
e. The costs of damage repairs other than the normal wear and tear of the premises will be the responsibility of the tenant.
f. No smoking tobacco, cannabis or other. The tenant declares he and his family are non-smokers.
