As agreed with the tenant, the showings will be only on Fridays, between 11 AM and 1 PM, starting Friday April 29th 2022. A minimum 24-hour notice to the broker is required. The tenant will be present at the visits.

Conditions of leasing

a. Every offer to lease will be conditional to a credit/reference verification to the satisfaction of the lessor. The applicant will agree to this verification by Oligny & Thibodeau.

b. The tenant must provide proof of home insurance at the signing of the lease and before the occupation. The insurance shall remain valid for the whole duration of the lease.

c. The lessee will be responsible to pay the moving fees requested by the administration.
d. The lessee will open his account at Hydro-Quebec before the beginning of the lease.
e. The costs of damage repairs other than the normal wear and tear of the premises will be the responsibility of the tenant.
f. No smoking tobacco, cannabis or other. The tenant declares he and his family are non-smokers.
g. No sublets allowed unless agreed with the landlord.
h. No painting or modification to the apartment allowed without the prior agreement of the landlord.
i. No smoking, no pet and no bbq on the balcony, as per building's regulation.
