Rental Obligations of Lessee
1. Lessee shall be approved by the Lessor prior to signing of the Régie du Logement lease
- The lessee shall undergo a credit check, previous landlord references, proof of employment.
2. Lessee's Home insurance for a minimum of 2 million dollars coverage required, proof to be provided at lease signing & before occupancy.
