The lease (vacation rental) is offered for an initial term of 6 months*, with an option to renew (for more than 31 days). Electricity and internet costs are included. Winter snow removal is included. PLEASE NOTE:
Monthly rent varies according to the rental period:
- From December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026: $5,500/month
- October 2025, November 2025, April 2026, and May 2026: $5,000/month
- From June 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026: $5,500/month
