Built in 1907.
This Victorian-inspired house is topped, in the main body, with a projecting turret including a balcony that comes out of the attic. This is covered with a sloping four-sided roof in the shape of a pinnacle on a square base. Dormers with pedimented cheeks emerge on each side and a finial crowns it. In the side body, the projection of the wall ends in a second turret topped with another finial and a weather vane depicted as a rooster. All the ornamentation of the house, the balcony, the gallery and the facing under the gallery is of fine cabinetwork.
