If the fridge and stove break down, they will not be repaired. It will be the lessees responsibility to provide his own appliance. If the washer and dryer break down, the lessor shall get them repaired.
If the condo syndicate gives fines to the lessor due to the fact that the lessee is causing disruptions and disturbing the peace, the lessee shall be responsible to pay for those fines.

Any fees for moving and reserving the elevator moving in or moving out are at the lessee's expense.
