The walls are built with solid wood, including several logs and beams of different sizes. The structure is solid and designed to withstand storms and high winds. The walls are insulated with R4 aspenite and R20 mineral wool, finished with quality wood panelling.

The chalet is very well insulated, keeping the heat in during winter. The first floor is in natural slate, while the upper floors are in solid red pine treated with a high-quality varnish.

All interior wooden surfaces are painted with a high-quality natural paint, which offers protection against sunlight and insects, while preserving the natural colour of the wood. The wood-fired boilers used inside are of the highest quality and have been carefully selected.

The exterior of the chalet is clad with 9" x 1 1/2" white pine boards, also of superior quality. The exterior stain used is top-of-the-range and offers a recent appearance thanks to its durability.

The chalet is equipped with a 7-person Jacuzzi outdoor spa, installed on an insulated reinforced concrete slab. It also has a cedar sauna for 8 people, with an electric heating system on volcanic stone.

The dining table and all the beds (6 king-size and 2 double) are also made of solid wood, sanded and naturally painted with a resistant varnish.
