1. The cost of maintenance and minor repairs shall be borne by the lessee. Repairs shall be deemed minor if their cost, considered individually, does not exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500). The Lessor will assume the cost of repairs exceeding the amount above as long as the needed repairs are not due to damage caused by the Lessee, in which case, it will be incumbent on the Lessee to pay for the repairs.
