My name is Nicolas Forand, I am 31 years old, and I have been working in real estate for more than 7 years. I grew up in a small town where everyone knows each other, where doors are left unlocked, and where relationships are built on trust, mutual support, and family values. My goal is for my clients to feel supported the way they would by a trusted friend who offers honest advice during one of the most important decisions of their lives. I take that responsibility very seriously.
From a young age, life led me to develop a strong sense of maturity. I lost my father at an age when many people are still finding their way, which forced me to take on responsibilities and initiative early on. Without a constant father figure, I would say I had several role models throughout my journey, and I tried to take the best from each of them to become the person I am today.
