My name is Theo, and I’ve been a real estate broker in the Greater Montreal Area since 2015. With more than a decade of experience, I’ve built a boutique-style business focused on personalized service, careful guidance, and genuine connection. When you work with me, you work directly with me, no assistants, no hand-offs, and no diluted service. I only take on the number of clients I can personally support with care, attention, and availability.
I specialize in condos, single family homes, multi‑plexes, relocations, first‑time buyers, luxury properties, and investment acquisitions. I focus on the west side of the GMA, including Downtown Montreal, the Sud‑Ouest, NDG, Ville Saint‑Laurent, Cartierville, the West Island, and surrounding neighborhoods. My clients rely on me for strong negotiation, punctuality, and being truly available when they need me.
