In operation since 2022, the company has seen its business increasing constantly. Since last spring, the increase in sales has been approximately 70% compared to the same period last year. Sales are expected to reach more than $1.1M for the next 12 months and generate a net profit before taxes of $300 to $400K!

Current operating hours are 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. You have the option to open earlier and offer breakfats or extend hours later in the evening and increase sales even more!!!

Lease in hand until May 31, 2029 with an option to renew until May 31, 2034.

If required, the owner is willing to stay in place for a period of 3 to 4 months.

The sale price includes the goodwill as well as the physical inventory (ovens, refrigerators, counters, tables and chairs, etc.) but does not include the food inventory.
