The main kitchen was fully renovated in 2021--2022 with a 36" induction range, 36" exterior-vented hood, 30" wall oven, quartz countertops, IKEA cabinets, luxury tile flooring, Samsung Bespoke fridge with water line and ice maker, dual wall oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A large pantry and a gazebo add functionality and charm.

In 2021, rear balconies were replaced with fibreglass decking, aluminum railings, and new stairs. The most recent phase, completed in 2024, includes a brand-new white elastomer roof with urethane insulation and improved ventilation. The front façade was rebuilt with new brick, headers, window ledges, marquise, house wrap, aluminum railings, fibreglass balconies, and awnings.
