Rental conditions

1. No sublets - short or long term (NO AIRBNB)

2. No painting permitted or holes in the walls without the LESSOR's prior agreement (plumbing and wires might be damaged)

3. The residence shall be returned in the original state prior to leasing. A walk-through at the beginning and end of lease will be done to verify

LESSEE shall provide credit references, proof of employment.This promise to lease is conditional upon the LESSOR being satisfied within the two (2)days following the acceptance of this promise to lease. If the LESSOR is not satisfied with the results of this check, he shall notify the LESSEE in writing within the two (2) days following the expiry of the time period mentioned above.
This promise to lease shall become null and void from the time this notice is received by the LESSEE. Should the LESSOR fail to notify the LESSEE within the time period mentioned above, he shall be deemed to have waived this condition.


5. LESSEE's insurance required, proof to be provided at lease signing and before occupancy (2 million liability required)
